Responsibilities

  • Instrumenting the Cloudflare Product to provide product teams with a powerful platform to gather exceptional user data.
  • Building and managing a robust data pipeline that supports both product analytics and billing data, providing actionable insights for various stakeholders.
  • Managing cost drivers like data storage and processing while ensuring high data quality and adherence to governance policies.
  • Serving diverse internal customer needs for internal customers who primarily interact through data dashboards or custom reports.
  • Use your engineering expertise to identify improvement opportunities, enhancing data quality, pipeline reliability, and development velocity.
  • Work with engineers and principal engineers to implement best practices for data instrumentation and pipeline development.
  • Ensure quantitative measures exist for teams, using data to identify issues and take corrective action.
