Turtle is looking for an Engineering Manager to coordinate all aspects of controls manufacturing from order entry to project closeout and manage customer expectations.
Requirements
- Experience with MS Office and Outlook required
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all stages of controls manufacturing to its entirety
- Develop BOM and drawings based on RFQ requirements
- Supervise and assist shop workers
- Set up controls manufacturing area in shop area
- Maintain schedules with weekly updates
- Oversee multiple projects
- Project billing
Other
- Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred
- Highly desirable to have relevant experience
- Work in a team environment internally as well as with customers
- Seek opportunities to increase sales/margin
- Organize and manage documents
- Excel proficient
