Healthgrades is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to manage engineering teams and guide them as they scale and support Americans in finding care. The role involves building applications that can handle business scale and growth, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Requirements
- Experience with website development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in modern front-end technologies such as React and NextJS
- Server-side experience in technologies such as Java, C-Sharp, PHP, or Node
- Expertise integrating with RESTful APIs
- Experience with OOP and software design skills
- Experience with developing for and deploying to a cloud platform like AWS
- You have a strong ability to develop systems that meet architectural objectives including reusable, scalable code

- Help grow the expertise of your teams in performance, reliability, scalability, maintainable architecture, and experimentation.
- Optimize the performance, scalability, security, and SEO of our applications
- Apply your programming skills towards building high throughput transactional services and highly performant web experiences.
- Develop systems that meet architectural objectives including reusable, scalable code
