Grand Hyatt Washington is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead efforts in maintaining the physical integrity of their world-class hotel, driving operational excellence, team performance, and facility reliability.

- Knowledge of building systems and the ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Director in managing day-to-day engineering operations across all hotel facilities, and being a strong leader on the administrative side of the operation.
- Leading efforts to maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Overseeing and mentoring a skilled engineering team of about 8 colleagues, developing training programs, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all systems—especially HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical—are operating optimally through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
