Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on sensors or related technologies
- Experience with sensors, fab and packaging technologies
- Understanding of in Healthcare and Industrial sensor applications
- Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and teams
- Experience with quality management systems and processes
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and deliver high-performance sensing solutions and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems
- Support NPI performance in close coordination with Integrated Supply Chain
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
Other
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
