OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee maintenance and engineering operations of their hotel, ensuring upkeep of guest and service areas, and maintaining standards and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the capacity of Chief Engineer of a full-service hotel or multiple properties
Responsibilities
- direct the daily maintenance operations for exterior and interior of the physical facility for the hotel
- ensure the upkeep of all guest and service areas and to maintain them in proper working order and appearance
- maintain all standards, guidelines and required compliance with regulations
- provide quality customer service while assuring clean, safe and well maintained front and back of house areas
Other
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the capacity of Chief Engineer of a full-service hotel or multiple properties
- Base pay starts at $75,000- $88,000, with potential for higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education
