CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT is looking for an Engineering Manager to ensure key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled, solve engineering issues, and maintain conformity with organizational policies and objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive technical knowledge of engineering and product development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industry
Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates the work of engineering staff
- Oversees engineering staff and ensures that they meet goals and objectives
- Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management
- Implementing best practice engineering methods
- Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies
- Reviews project reports to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
- Accident Prevention and Safety – to be aware of all existing departmental Job Safety Analysis and to strive to work in an accident-free manner and to create a safe work environment for others
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
- At least five years of related experience required
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills and the ability to lead a team
