Hinge Health is looking to solve the problem of musculoskeletal (MSK) pain by delivering evidence-based solutions and integrating digital and in-person care for improved outcomes and a better member experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology, with focus on SaaS products and large-scale, complex systems
- 4+ years of programming experience in Golang, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience building telehealth products and multi-sided network platforms
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, CCPA)
- Experience with AI technologies for software design and coding assistance
- Strong product sense and ability to drive high-quality outcomes through engineering; deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Manage the engineering team responsible for the HingeSelect virtual care experience.
- Develop seamless member experiences and intuitive tools for specialists to conduct visits, document encounters, and collaborate with care teams.
- Leverage AI for clinical note generation, quality monitoring, and automated workflows.
- Build a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Support hiring and resource planning with a focus on technical excellence, developer velocity, and long-term team health.

- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of 6+ engineers
