- Define technical vision and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive adoption of best practices in software development, architecture, and quality assurance
- Oversee end-to-end engineering lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
- Partner with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communicate priorities and resolve technical challenges effectively
- Implement security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
