Transcarent Inc. is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team in building scalable products from the ground up, aiming to improve the health and care experience for millions of people.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of at least one technology within each stack
- Backend: Java, Python, Go, Node.js
- Frontend: JavaScript (React), TypeScript
- Mobile: Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android) or Flutter
- Cloud Platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- History of working with New Relic, Datadog, Splunk or other logging/monitoring tooling
Responsibilities
- Participate in troubleshooting by digging into the logs, reading code, and teaming up with developers on the team.
- Provide architectural and design oversight.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and Operations teams to align priorities.
