Harvest Midstream is looking to build and maintain a team of discipline engineers to provide engineering services throughout the organization and support Asset Teams and other support teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Outlook)
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, Workday, Auto CAD, GAP modeling (preferred)
- Ability to accurately solve problems and exceptional proficiency in data management
- Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision
- Experience with engineering design and development
- Experience with project management
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments
Responsibilities
- Maintain and build a team of discipline engineers with varied specialties to assist Asset Teams and other support teams
- Assess each discipline engineers’ strengths and weaknesses and set clear expectations for improving technical skills
- Assist the asset teams and project managers assess, scope, and support project development with the discipline engineers
- Create standard development stages for effective project execution
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
- Establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Other
- Fifteen (15) years minimum of engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in engineering
- PE preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision
