Lippert is looking to lead the Chassis Engineering team to ensure the successful execution of the core and peripheral functions

Responsibilities
- Lead engineering department and processing documents for all fabrication
- Overseeing programming of all machinery
- New SKU creation, routes, and BOMs
- Training the programming team on all aspects of new and existing machinery
- Communicate/cooperate with Operations on product or process improvement initiatives
- Communicate/cooperate with Sales to effectively field requests or complications from OEMs
- Uphold, develop and implement Engineering standards and practices to maintain and/or further the advancement of the Engineering department
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company’s overall goals
- Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day
