iVueit LLC is seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineering Manager to lead their Frontend, Backend, and Mobile engineering teams and help mature their engineering execution and operations as the platform and team continue to grow.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with the ability to stay hands-on
- Experience leading frontend, backend, and mobile engineering teams
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade systems
- Experience with AWS-based, cloud-native architectures
- Flutter, Dart (iOS & Android)
- React.js
- GoLang, gRPC
Responsibilities
- Remain hands-on through design reviews, code reviews, and technical problem-solving
- Partner with the Technical Architect and Tech Leads on architecture and system design
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready
- Guide teams through the full SDLC, from design through production and support
- Help design and scale a production support function (on-call, incident response, escalation)
- Improve system reliability, observability, and operational processes
- Lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement efforts
