Requirements
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and employee development
- SAP experience
- Root cause analysis (RCA) skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Experience with equipment maintenance and repair
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
Responsibilities
- Manage superintendents and projects: small scale maintenance project planning and down day planning with superintendents
- Manage Capital expenditure (CapEx) program and Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) annual planning and forecasting, while teaching superintendent
- Utilize SAP to review and approve: breakdown report, overtime report, and purchase orders. Must conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of inventory variances
- Review spare parts stock level
- Manage equipment trends: parts usage, breakdown frequencies, and top cost contributors
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) program assessments and modify based on trending, plant needs, and/or changes
- Conduct critical equipment inspection work verification
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is desired/High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in industrial operations or related field
- Strong knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and employee development
- Possess or attain licenses required by their respective municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job-related equipment
- Adherence to attendance policies and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
