Netflix is looking to build a world-class advertising ecosystem to offer its members more choices in consuming content and create a compelling path for advertisers to reach deeply engaged audiences.

Requirements

  • Experienced in building ad creative lifecycle management - ingestion, encoding, review and managing and optimizing CDN deployments.
  • Familiarity or experience with OpenRTB, AdCOM specs and overall programmatic ecosystem in general.
  • Experience in developing both manual workflows and automated review systems that rely on ML and creative understanding to improve SLAs.
  • Strong product mindset along with experience in delivering large complex projects collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders that are technology, operations or business focused.
  • General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with demonstrated product sense and leadership in the working environment
  • Experience with genAI solutions to power Ad Creative Studio

Responsibilities

  • Drive success in a fast paced, flat organization with minimal process and a heavy emphasis on ownership.
  • Support your team by contextualizing the larger vision, enabling prioritization and fostering high focus and executional excellence.
  • Create a dream team by hiring, retaining, and growing high performing talent.
  • Build systems and tooling that helps automate and scale the creative process for our advertisers.
  • Develop both manual workflows and automated review systems that rely on ML and creative understanding to improve SLAs.
  • Unlock creative innovation and develop solutions that uniquely blend advertiser assets and needs with Netflix content and data and deliver memorable ad campaigns.
  • Build systems and tooling that ensures compliance of ad campaigns and creatives to Netflix policy, brand safety guidelines and global, local laws and regulations.

  • 10+ years of total experience with 3+ years of management experience in building and leading diverse software engineering teams.
  • A strong product mindset along with experience in delivering large complex projects collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders that are technology, operations or business focused.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with demonstrated product sense and leadership in the working environment
  • Must be able to operate like a startup within an established company
  • Comfort with lofty goals and big ambitions
