Requirements
- Experienced in building ad creative lifecycle management - ingestion, encoding, review and managing and optimizing CDN deployments.
- Familiarity or experience with OpenRTB, AdCOM specs and overall programmatic ecosystem in general.
- Experience in developing both manual workflows and automated review systems that rely on ML and creative understanding to improve SLAs.
- Strong product mindset along with experience in delivering large complex projects collaborating with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders that are technology, operations or business focused.
- General understanding of the advertising marketplace and landscape.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with demonstrated product sense and leadership in the working environment
- Experience with genAI solutions to power Ad Creative Studio

- Build systems and tooling that ensures compliance of ad campaigns and creatives to Netflix policy, brand safety guidelines and global, local laws and regulations.

- 10+ years of total experience with 3+ years of management experience in building and leading diverse software engineering teams.
