Empower the next generation of builders by leading the Product Infrastructure team to develop Replit Agent tools, communication protocols, and developer infrastructure
Requirements
- Deep experience with JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystems
- Experience with distributed systems and infrastructure
- Experience building tools and frameworks for other engineers
- Experience with AI/agentic systems
- Experience with versioning systems such as OT or CRDT; or deep Git experience
Responsibilities
- Build differentiated history, security, and AI features leveraging unique compute and storage infrastructure
- Hide complexity in infrastructure and AI systems to enable product teams to ship fast with confidence
- Steer teams towards the highest impact work and support initiatives across the company as part of engineering leadership

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent real-world experience in security engineering roles
