Rippling is looking to launch and scale Rippling Banking, a 0 to 1 product inside their Spend suite, to build something new from the ground up and have a direct impact on thousands of customers
Requirements
- 1+ years of engineering management experience (or equivalent leadership in practice)
- Ideally 1+ years as a Staff-level engineer
- Proven track record of building and launching products, not just maintaining them
- Strong product mindset, with a bias for customer impact and speed
- Excited to mix people leadership with hands-on building
Responsibilities
- Build and launch a new banking product from zero to live
- Own the technical roadmap and set a high bar for engineering quality
- Write and ship code, while coaching and developing engineers on your team
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional leaders
- Lead org-wide initiatives that raise the bar for how we build at Rippling
