Replit is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for Replit Enterprise, aiming to make it the most secure, scalable, and powerful platform for organizations building with AI. The role involves owning the roadmap for critical enterprise features and ensuring successful adoption at scale.
Requirements
- Depth in identity & access (SAML/SSO, SCIM), enterprise security, and multi-tenant architecture; you’ve shipped admin, audit, and compliance features customers trust.
- Strong technical leadership across TypeScript/React
- Experience with enterprise dev platforms, AI agents, or developer productivity products.
- Background integrating with enterprise ecosystems (Azure, Okta, Google Workspace) and billing/seat management.
Responsibilities
- Build Agent features that unlock enterprise workflows: design and ship agent-powered capabilities; deliver measurable time-to-value and reliability at scale.
- Own enterprise foundations: lead roadmaps for SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC/permissions, audit logs, and tenant administration; set SLA/SLOs and quality bars for reliability and scale.
- Partner with go-to-market: work hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success to unblock enterprise deployments and translate field feedback into the roadmap.
- Scale the team: hire, coach, and retain exceptional engineers; create a high-ownership culture with clear execution rituals, high code quality, and thoughtful on-call.
- Drive product strategy: prioritize for impact across enterprise admin, data governance, and deployment options (including ecosystem partnerships like Azure Marketplace).

- 6–10+ years in engineering with 3+ years managing/high-growth teams building enterprise software at scale.
- Cross-functional chops: you’ve partnered with Design, Security, Legal, Sales, and Support to close and grow enterprise deals.
