Requirements

  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI applications in production environments, in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and RAG systems.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing and growing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Ability to rapidly turn ideas and problem statements into concrete, measurable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Spark innovation by leading the incubation of new AI-powered products, from ideation through production deployment.
  • Guide the team in rapidly prototyping, evaluating, and iterating on generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, agentic systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
  • Champion the adoption of GenAI tools and methodologies across the organization, advocating for AI-driven solutions in both engineering practices and product development.
  • Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define a roadmap to deliver impactful solutions that drive business growth by solving user problems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Product, Design, Data Science, and other product engineering teams—to identify user problems and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Building, deploying, and scaling generative AI solutions that directly impact our business and customers.
  • Translating complex technical insights into clear and actionable direction for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
