Requirements
Deep knowledge with building distributed systems or recommendation infrastructure
Experience with cutting edge ML technologies including GPU, Cuda, Feature Store and LLMs
8+ years of relevant industry experience in leading the design of large scale & production ML infra systems
Experience with feature store, model serving or training framework
Strong technical skills in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and partner teams across the organization to architect ads ML infrastructure solutions
Lead the team to build the next-generation Pinterest Ads ML foundations
Act as a stalwart of technical quality and excellence on the team, ensuring the solutions we deliver have a high level of polish and reliability
Mentor engineers to develop their careers and achieve their goals
Set the technical vision, guiding the day-to-day execution, as well as fostering good team health and culture

2+ years of management experience, or tech lead experiences in 8+ people team (3+ years)
Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator
Strong people development skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
