Solution One Industries, Inc (SOI) is looking for an Engineering Manager III to lead engineering efforts across a program, ensuring compliance with standards, supporting design reviews and testing, and coordinating resources to enhance the technical, logistics support, and service capability of their clients.

- Experience with military vehicles
- Basic metal and cable fabrication
- Automotive/mechanical troubleshooting
- Generator maintenance and troubleshooting
- Fiber / BICSI / Certifications
Responsibilities
- Manages all program engineering efforts, staffing, team dynamics.
- Participates in all design reviews, tests, logistics efforts.
- Oversee and support engineering teams.
- Briefs leadership stakeholders regarding engineering efforts.
- Writes engineering plans, findings, recommendations.
- Enforces engineering standards, policies, and regulations.
- Provides input to Master Scheduler regarding sequencing of tasks, durations, dependencies, deliverables, and milestones.
Other
- An active DoD Secret Clearance
- A master's degree in a specialized field plus a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience; or a bachelor's degree in the specialized field plus 7 years of applicable experience; or a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 9 years of specialized experience
