As they scale, they are looking for an infrastructure-focused Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for the core platform infrastructure that powers Sigma's reliability, scalability, and velocity.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small, high-impact infrastructure team* working across Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD, networking, and system observability.
- Drive technical execution* of the team's roadmap, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure.
- Contribute hands-on* to architecture, design, and development, especially in areas of cloud orchestration, IaC, and infrastructure automation.
- Establish best practices* for infrastructure as code, cloud operations, and reliability engineering.
- Guide the team technically and operationally
