Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
- Worked extensively with Kubernetes, Terraform, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) in production environments.
- Strong grasp of networking, security, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Passionate about enabling engineers through reliable, scalable infrastructure.

- Experience with cloud orchestration, IaC, and infrastructure automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small, high-impact infrastructure team working across Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD, networking, and system observability.
- Drive technical execution of the team's roadmap, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with security, product engineering, and leadership to align infrastructure initiatives with company goals.
- Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their career development and helping them grow through regular feedback and guidance.
- Contribute hands-on to architecture, design, and development, especially in areas of cloud orchestration, IaC, and infrastructure automation.
- Establish best practices for infrastructure as code, cloud operations, and reliability engineering.
- Foster a strong sense of ownership and accountability, setting clear expectations and helping the team maintain a high technical and operational bar.
