Requirements
- Technical expertise with building and maintaining critical path services, such as user identity

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the team to define the strategic direction of platforms in alignment with the company's overall technology and Product strategy
- Maintain a hands-on approach and willingness to stay connected with the code by regularly contributing to the codebase with small fixes and enhancements
- Implement and manage robust security protocols to protect platforms and data
- Cultivate a team culture characterized by excellence, high performance, and a strong sense of ownership by leading recruitment, mentoring, and professional development initiatives
- Continually evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential application to the organization
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and support team's execution
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, caring, and improvement within the team and in the broader engineering organization
Other
- 5-8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years managing a team of 5+ engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
