athenahealth is looking to improve the turnaround time (TAT) for building new integrations by exploring and implementing process automation, self-service capabilities, and AI-driven tooling to streamline integration workflows and enhance developer and client experiences.
Requirements
- Familiarity with programming languages such as: Java, React.js and JavaScript/Typescript and SDLC processes
- Familiarity with agile principles and practices
- Experience with data integration and HL7 standards is a plus

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team building and collaboration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all
- Develop and oversee project plans to ensure timely delivery of integration and faxing solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables
