Roblox is looking to build tools and services for IP holders and community developers to bring in new Licenses, and for Creators to discover them to build interesting and meaningful net-new content. They also aim to build a best-in-class audio library, music tooling and APIs to increase the immersiveness of Roblox with music.

Responsibilities
- Design, end-to-end architecture, implementation and delivery of a platform for the community to discover, publish and create with music.
- Build tools and services for IPHs and Creators to bring in their new Licenses
- Build tools and services for Creators to discover them to build interesting and meaningful net-new content.
- Build a best in class audio library, music tooling and APIs.
- Build technical systems that will last for years to come.
- Lead project execution.
- Focusing on the higher level technical direction as well as the orchestration across them so that critical and complex features come to light.

- 8+ Years of experience, with 2+ years of it being in management, in building critically acclaimed consumer applications that impact millions of users' lives.
- Proven track record leading multiple related projects simultaneously
- Experienced with leading engineers, with the ability to earn their respect and help them stretch themselves to build great software and level up their technical and people skills.
- You lead by example and thrive in mentoring others to excel.
