Plaid's Access is a distribution engine that needs to improve the quality of connections between customers and institutions for their end users by providing self-service tools to detect and act on quality issues, ultimately enhancing integration experiences, reducing support burden, and improving reliability.
Requirements
- Prior full-stack product experience.
- Prior high-scale systems experience, strong systems thinking, and ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core surfaces such as institution registration, developer dashboards, disconnect webhooks, and support APIs.
- Build technologies that automatically detect and respond to changes at financial institutions, ensuring users are seamlessly transitioned to more secure and reliable APIs.
- Design scalable self-service and diagnostic tools that reduce reliance on manual support.
- Safeguard connection quality, strengthen reliability, and ensure customers consistently engage with their institutions through secure, efficient pathways.
- Lead the MRP team as we expand the team's focus to more surface areas where Plaid's customers interact with us regarding access.
- Ensure technical execution quality, delivery velocity, and team health.
- Drive accountability for longtail access uptime, reliability, and system observability.
