Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on building secure and compliant payments infrastructure.
- Define and implement the architecture for core financial systems, including KYC/AML integrations, on/off ramps, transaction flows, and currency conversion.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate complex financial requirements into elegant, scalable backend systems.
- Establish engineering best practices and processes for testing, CI/CD, documentation, and monitoring in a regulated environment.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development for engineers; foster an inclusive, high-accountability team culture.
- Partner cross-functionally to align technical execution with business goals, delivering iteratively while planning for scale.
