Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Backend development, Data management, and Cloud platforms technologies.
- Experience architecting, building, and scaling distributed systems
- Experience launching consumer facing products and iterating through data-driven experimentation
Responsibilities
- Set the technical vision and strategy for a rapidly evolving product area
- Lead a team of talented engineers who like to ship scalable, highly available products and tackle engineering problems
- Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of your team members.
- Instill a spirit of continuous improvement in the team’s code, architecture, and processes
- Work with your engineers and/or product managers to maintain a prioritized backlog and create short term and long-term goals
- Overseeing the development and optimization of pipelines that monitor and collect driving signals during each ride to assess smoothness and safety.
- deliver scalable telematics & road safety solutions that assess and mitigate driving risk across the platform.

- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
- You have experience leading a team of engineers and guiding them through their career development
