Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Computer Science & Software Engineering
- Prior experience with Workforce Management Scheduling and Optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Hire and build a globally distributed, happy, and successful team
- Plan and execute long-term strategies that benefit your team and the product stage(s)
- Understand Engineering KPIs and seek to improve them
- Generate and implement process improvements
- Hold regular 1:1s with team members
- Provide your team with management mentorship
- Enable quad planning team collaboration within product groups
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
- At least eight years of related experience required
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to operate in an environment with limited resources
