RTX is seeking an Engineering (Power Generation) Intern to support the Power Generation product line, which is central to electric power systems designed, manufactured, and tested in Rockford, IL. The intern will assist with key tasks related to development programs and technology development milestones, gaining visibility into the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- Pursuing a BSME or BSEE.
- Prior Intern or Co-op experience.
Responsibilities
- You will support generator assembly and development testing.
- You will assist with tool updates for electromagnetic sizing and analysis tools.
- You will provide input for program office and customer actions and deliverables.
- You will complete document and drawing updates as needed.

- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- This position is onsite, in Rockford, IL.
- This position may be eligible for relocation.
