Cisco is looking to incubate and deliver Generative AI based solutions to improve Cisco's existing Products and introduce new offerings that help customers roll out Generative AI at scale while doing so responsibly.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI APIs, or ML-driven products.
- Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts (routing, switching, campus/branch connectivity, identity/authentication, network security).
- Strong technical fluency; able to engage with engineers on architecture, APIs, data pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work startup-style: rapid iteration, minimal resources, bias for execution.
- Direct experience with Cisco networking, security, or assurance services.
- Experience bringing AI-powered features from prototype to GA in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify and validate high-impact GenAI use cases across Cisco’s networking and security products (Campus, Branch, Identity/ISE, etc.).
- Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear product requirements and prototypes.
- Work closely with applied ML engineers and architects to guide LLM integration into enterprise-scale products.
- Build lean, testable roadmaps with measurable milestones; iterate fast based on feedback.
- Drive customer discovery and proof-of-concepts with early adopters; turn learnings into scalable features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, sales, customer success) to deliver GA-ready solutions.
- Stay on top of GenAI ecosystem trends (LLMs, retrieval, safety, evals, fine-tuning, etc.) and assess build vs. partner trade-offs.

- Proven track record as a Product Manager (or equivalent role) delivering enterprise SaaS or platform products.
- Comfort with customer-facing roles: discovery calls, roadmap discussions, design partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.
- Prior experience in early-stage teams, startups, or incubation groups.
- Evangelize internally and externally – represent the product vision with customers, execs, and field teams.
