Requirements
- Strong technical proficiency
- Machine Learning experience
- Ability to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions
- Experience with global product development by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners
- Experience with shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines
- Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
- Experience with cross-functional and cross-organization project management
Responsibilities
- Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
- Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
- Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline
- Play an active role in improving how capabilities are built in the Apple Services Engineering organization
- Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve Apple Services Engineering’s suite of features
- Execute cross-functional and cross-organization project management

- 5+ years of program management experience, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle
- Ability to work with ambiguity, organize & create order
