Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a technical software Project or Program Manager
- Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers in the software stack fit together
- Foundational understanding of system software fundamentals
- Consistent track record of timely project delivery and leading entire project life cycle
Responsibilities
- partner with software engineers and managers to define, schedule, and track the team's work
- define, schedule, and track work for many cross-functional initiatives
- be the central hub bringing together different teams from Software, Clinical, Regulatory, Hardware, Research and Design
- delivering on cutting edge technology across all our operating systems
Other
- Experience in consumer products and/or other product development
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- strong curiosity about improving process
- Ability to build relationships and influence teams to adopt standard methodologies
- Self-motivated and proactive with critical thinking and resourcefulness to drive the project to success, making an impact in health products
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Has a deeply curious mindset about new ideas
