Apple's Supply Chain Innovation team needs to build end-to-end, best-in-class software solutions for Supply Chain needs, ranging from Supply Planning and Demand Planning to Product Distribution and beyond, to optimize internal business processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience with supply chain/e-commerce background preferred.
- Must have agile and waterfall project management experience and be able to drive and track multiple distributed scrum teams through effective communication.
- Extensive knowledge of design patterns, enterprise architecture and software engineering principles.
- Previous developer experience in Python/Java and AI/ML a plus
- A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects from concept to completion, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, Business, QA, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Plan and execute Sprint planning sessions to ensure efficient workload distribution and timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track and report project status to senior management and stakeholders through regular updates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
