IDT is looking to support the design and functionality of new processing equipment and provide functional, easy-to-use applications by hiring a Design Engineering intern.
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience with a .Net windows-based programming language required
- Base knowledge of current relational database products. Experience with MS-SQL server is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Design Engineering to support the design and functionality of new processing equipment.
- Provide functional, easy to use applications using IDT’s internal design standards
- Perform and maintain support and maintenance of existing applications, refactoring as needed to match current requirements in the simplest way possible
Other
- Must be able to work over a minimum of 40 hours per week, as required
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in science or IT concentration
- 10% travel between IDT building locations in Coralville
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
