Parsons Corporation is looking for Engineering Systems Support Analysts to support a wide variety of engineering software and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of CAD, BIM or GIS software
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System
- Experience operating CAD, BIM or GIS software
- Experience in troubleshooting software and computer issues
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling requests for engineering software
- Troubleshooting issues with engineering software
- Troubleshooting interactions between software and PC operating systems
- Supporting an automated engineering software delivery system
Other
- 1+ year of studies in a major Engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) or Computer Science
- Experience working in a team environment
