BAE Systems is seeking a leader to oversee our Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) development team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the current and future PLM systems. A key aspect to the job will include integrating multiple PLM applications into our Digital Engineering infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to drive the evolution of the Engineering Tools Development team by unifying processes and establishing a cross-platform PLM development organization.
Requirements
- Successful implementation and management of PLM applications.
- Proven experience leading a development team through enhancements, maintenance and upgrades.
- Agile PLM knowledge and implementation experience.
- Experience with development, code management and software testing technologies.
- Ability to elicit and analyze requirements, working with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Skilled at managing individual and team tasks.
