CACI, Inc. is seeking Software Engineer personnel to support the Contract for Organizing Spaceflight Mission Operations and Systems (COSMOS) program, which requires ensuring the availability, integrity, reliability, and security of Mission Systems for NASA space flight programs.
Requirements
- All Software Engineers must be familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within their field.
Responsibilities
- COSMOS Engineers are responsible for the design, development, test, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
- Performs engineering design evaluations.
- May develop a range of products.
- Engineers are recognized as technical leaders and resources in their respective fields to include Communications Engineering, Configuration Control/Data Management, Cyber Engineering, Database Administration, Hardware Engineering, Information Security, Infrastructure/Systems Administration, IT Network Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Specialty Engineering, Systems Architecture, Systems Engineering, Technical Writing/Editing, and Test Engineering.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant field of study
- At least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience supporting NASA programs
- Experience leading large and complex projects
- Self-motivated and directed
- Has strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Effective, professional interpersonal and communication skills
