To drive efficiency across enterprise SaaS business systems by designing, building, and deploying AI-powered automation and agent-based solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS business systems and automation/integration, AI/ML solutions, or enterprise systems development.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js, and experience working with APIs, webhooks, and orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI (OpenAI, Claude, Llama), LLM APIs, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with enterprise AI/ML adoption, including architecture for intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
- Experience building workflows or automations with platforms like Workato, Zapier, or custom orchestration frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents for real-time business process support and automation.
- Develop conversational interfaces, context-aware workflows, and agentic task execution using LLMs.
- Build prompt frameworks, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuned models as needed for enterprise use cases
- Develop end-to-end automated workflows by orchestrating tasks across systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, and other SaaS Apps.
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, and data services to enable seamless automation across siloed systems.
