Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms)
- Experience with digital channels: newsletters, videos, internal podcast, and executive updates
- Knowledge of event management and execution
- Familiarity with communication strategies and tactics
- Experience with content creation and storytelling
- Understanding of AI concepts and their applications
- Experience with data analysis and metrics
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive communication strategies that demystify AI and build enthusiasm for learning and transformation initiatives
- Create compelling content across multiple digital channels: newsletters, videos, internal podcast, and executive updates.
- Craft messaging frameworks that translate complex AI concepts into inspiring, accessible language for all employees and leaders
- Design communication campaigns that highlight AI wins, productivity metrics, and innovation breakthroughs
- Plan and execute high-impact AI events including summits, hackathons, innovation showcases, and lunch-and-learns
- Host engaging virtual and in-person experiences that bring AI concepts to life through demonstrations and hands-on activities
- Produce video testimonials, case studies, and success stories that showcase real employee AI transformations

- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
- Experience: 4+ years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning capabilities
