NeoGenomics is looking for an Enterprise Analytics Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support analytics at an enterprise level across all organizational functions by designing, developing, and deploying scalable BI solutions that transform data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI development or enterprise analytics
- 3+ years working with analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, SPSS, SAS, etc.
- 3+ years working with enterprise databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare, diagnostic lab business, and the pharma/biopharma industries
- Experience within medical diagnostics, biotech, clinical laboratories, or healthcare industries preferred
- Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical profiling to uncover patterns, anomalies, and trends
- Apply data mining techniques to support forecasting, segmentation, and correlational analysis
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior leaders to use in the management of functional activities
- Translate business objectives into scalable analytics architecture and data-driven solutions
- Develop scalable and efficient data models that support self-service analytics and executive reporting
- Deploy gold layer data sources across multiple analytics platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Design and implement logical data models to support reporting and analytics requirements
- Optimize performance and usability in data warehouses or semantic layers
- Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture and to ensure data quality, consistency, and performance
