Dow Jones is seeking to design, develop, and implement software solutions that drive key business functions, and is looking for an Enterprise Application intern to contribute to impactful projects that support Dow Jones' business goals.
Requirements
- Experience using a computer software language.
- Understanding of how database tables can be accessed such as SQL.
- Analysis of technical requirements.
- Logical reasoning when constructing code.
- Strong problem-solving techniques.
- Creativity in proposed solutions.
- Conceptual understanding of AI.
Responsibilities
- Receive on-the-job training and learn the fundamental aspects of the application's architecture.
- Apply your growing knowledge to real programming assignments, contributing directly to development projects.
- Explore and research opportunities to incorporate AI into existing systems, making recommendations for potential enhancements.
- Assist team in troubleshooting application issues.
- Develop and test application code.
- Evaluate AI tools applicable to the system.
- Participate in design meetings with the team.
Other
- Completed at least 2 years toward your bachelor's degree in a technology related field
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work during the internship period (June 8, 2026 – August 14, 2026)
