Cboe Global Markets is looking for an Enterprise Applications Engineering Intern to help streamline and standardize their internal infrastructure application offerings by configuring corporately shared applications, supporting incident and customer relationship management software, and building custom integrations and automations.
Requirements
- Familiarity with SAAS platform API concepts, security models, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Groovy, or PowerShell.
- An understanding of API scripting and how to read API functional documentation
- A portfolio of software development projects requiring interactive integrations
Responsibilities
- Configure corporately shared applications like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/Github, Artifactory, Jenkins, and MS Dynamics.
- Translate business ideas and requirements into actionable configurations and software solutions.
- Help support our incident management software and our customer relationship management software and the agents that assist our customers.
- Build custom integrations and automations natively in these tools or with one of our software development platforms like Python, Groovy, or PowerShell.
- Develop actionable metrics-based reports to identify unused resources
- Remediate redundancies in software deployments and configurations.
- Modernize deployment methodologies for Linux-based software applications.
