Kyndryl is looking to solve the problem of managing mission-critical technology systems and building a more equitable, inclusive world for employees, customers, and communities by hiring an Enterprise Architect for Data to lead the strategy and execution of architectural metadata across key platforms.
Requirements
- Proficiency in architecture tools such as Signavio, LeanIX, and Collibra, with hands-on experience in configuring, integrating, and maintaining metadata.
- Strong understanding of data objects and capabilities, including how they relate to business processes and application portfolios.
- Experience with data quality frameworks, including defining and applying measurable standards across enterprise tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance models, compliance requirements, and operational planning in architecture environments.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to metadata lifecycle management and portfolio assessment support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, integration, and governance of architectural metadata across Signavio, LeanIX, and Collibra.
- Implement synchronization strategies between architecture tools to ensure consistent and high-quality metadata.
- Collaborate with Application Architects, Data Architects, and Enterprise Architects to define and capture metadata and identify gaps.
- Develop and communicate a strategic vision for enterprise metadata, including presentations for leadership.
- Design and oversee operational plans that maintain data quality and support portfolio assessments.
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data governance, or metadata management within large-scale IT environments.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and domain architects, data teams, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate architectural vision and metadata strategy to leadership.
