Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with data analysis, analytics, governance, integration, security, and data strategy.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure issues, automation, and enablement.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other data management tools (Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, Excel, etc.).
- Azure Data and AI tooling and experience.
- Develop and support ETL Processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently integrated between various sources systems.
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integrated data.
- Support API integration efforts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive BI and reporting frameworks.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
- Ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools like Power BI, and others to facilitate data visualization and reporting.
- Automate and integrate data systems to reduce operational costs and improve team efficiency.
- Develop and support ETL Processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently integrated between various sources systems.
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integrated data.
- Support API integration efforts as needed.
Other
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or related fields, with at least 4 years in a cross-functional business & technology leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent customer service, problem resolution, analytical, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to interact effectively at various leadership and social levels and across diverse cultures.
- Effective leadership, planning, organization, risk, project, and financial management skills.
