PNC is seeking a strategic and customer-focused leader to serve as the Product Manager of Remote Network Connectivity. This role centers on the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of remote connectivity solutions across business offices, branches, and distributed wired and wireless environments. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, user experience, and cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective connectivity solutions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of remote access technologies and enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for remote connectivity solutions.
- Translate business needs into product requirements through stakeholder engagement and market research.
- Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through deployment and optimization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, SASE, 5G, Wi-Fi 6/7) for strategic fit and business value.
- Manage financials and budgeting for the remote connectivity product set, including forecasting, cost optimization, and investment planning.
- Identify and manage product-related risks, including technology, vendor, compliance, and operational risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
- Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, analytics, and competitive benchmarking.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 3+ years in product management or product ownership preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams and vendor partnerships.
