Mastercard's Enterprise Operations team within ONE is responsible for driving the firm's Technology operational resilience. This involves implementing operational resilience standards, including analysis, tracking, and delivery, to enhance operations and improve product resiliency.

Responsibilities
- Implements operational resilience standards; including analysis, tracking and delivery.
- Leverage advanced tools such as FMEA and Blast Radius to enhance our operations.
- Collaborates closely with various product owners to improve product resiliency by analyzing technology stack, help prioritizing, and tracking high-priority items.

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program majoring in Computer Science or a related field with a graduation date of Winter 2026 – Spring 2027
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, ability and willingness to tackle complex problems
