Auto Club Enterprises is entering a new era of building AI-powered chatbots, Agentic AI systems, and intelligent Technical automation solutions to transform how the business delivers value. The company is looking for a Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for these AI and automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Familiarity or experience with AI, AWS Cloud, and Amazon Bedrock.
  • Awareness of DevOps practices and automation as enablers of faster, higher-quality delivery.
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to DevOps and SDLC best practices.
  • Experience with Jira or similar product management tools.
  • Certification in any Public Cloud Technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision and roadmap for AI-driven and automation solutions, including conversational GenAI chatbots and Agentic AI systems on AWS Bedrock.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring the highest-value work is always ready for development.
  • Translate roadmaps into initiatives and epics, bringing clarity and alignment to the team.
  • Partner closely with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver AI and automation solutions that matter.
  • Monitor product performance using data and metrics, making informed decisions and roadmap adjustments.
  • Stay informed on the rapidly shifting AI, cloud, and DevOps landscape, spotting opportunities for innovation.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner (or Product Manager or Senior Scrum Master) in Agile software development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices (roadmaps, backlog management, prioritization).
  • Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and executive levels.
  • Data-driven mindset—able to use metrics and KPIs to guide prioritization and decisions.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills—able to build partnerships and inspire teams.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
