The organization is looking to evaluate and improve its current data and business processes related to position control.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of domain knowledge in HRMS/HRIS/HCM/EBS
- Primary skills in Oracle EBS HRMS
- PLSQL
- SQL
- Experience designing and implementing position control for large complex organizations
Responsibilities
- Request and analyze extracts of current HRMS data and sample budget workbooks
- Create a list of business processes related to position control
- Review existing business process documentation
- Conduct follow-up interviews with subject matter experts as needed
- Complete a gap analysis on the current organization structure and the implementation of Position Control
- Create a detailed report on the number of positions that will need to be updated to implement into a Position Control structure
- Define system requirements
